Liqui Moly Cera Tec is a micro-ceramic solid lubricant additive designed for use in engine oils, manual transmissions, pumps, compressors, and other oil-lubricated systems. Its advanced formulation reduces friction, enhances smooth operation, and protects critical components against wear under extreme operating conditions.

• Creates a durable, low-friction ceramic coating on metal surfaces to reduce metal-to-metal contact
• Minimizes friction and wear to extend component life and improve performance
• Compatible with all commercially available motor and gear oils (except wet-clutch systems)
• Safe for use with oil filters — ultra-fine ceramic particles under 0.5 µm

• Self-mixing additive — simply pour it in with your engine oil

Usage & Dosage

• Shake well before use
• One 300 ml can treats 3 – 5 liters (3.2 – 5.3 US quarts) of engine or gear oil
• Add directly to fresh oil during an oil change, or when at least 5,000 km remain before the next service
• Suitable for engines, manual transmissions, pumps, and compressors under oil lubrication
• Can also be used in systems with toothed belts running in oil (belt-in-oil systems)

Limitations & Warnings

• Not for use in wet-clutch systems (e.g., motorcycles with wet clutches)
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage
• Follow manufacturer service intervals — Cera Tec supplements but does not replace standard oil maintenance
