Not greatThe fit of this liner in the Mk7 GTI leaves a lot of gaps, especially on the side closest to the hatch. I'm sure it holds mud, but if you're looking for something to protect all that carpet in the back - this isn't gonna cut it.

This is perfectIt fits just the way you wanted. No water goes throught it and it's very easy to remove and clean. It's flexible in the corners for that perfect fit. I'd give it 10/10. It's a bit pricey but worth it for those who need it.
