werkzeug-usa-wkz-vas572001
Transmission Fluid Pump - DSG/Automatic

This DSG Fluid Pump from DAP (Deutsche Auto Parts) makes filling Volkswagen and Audi DSG transmissions a lot easier than using a gravity-fed setup. Instead of hanging bottles and waiting for the fluid to work its way in, the pump pushes it directly through the transmission fill port.

It can also be used to pull fluid back out. Since it is rated for both transmission fluid and gear oil, you can use it for differential service too.

Eight fill adapters are included, covering a range of Volkswagen and Audi DSG, CVT, and automatic transmissions. There are also fittings for some Porsche, Mini, and Mercedes applications, so the pump can be used for more than just a Volkswagen and Audi DSG service.

What's in the Box

Transmission fluid pump/extractor

Flow valve with hose

Fill adapter case

Eight fill adapters:

ATF-101: Ford, 1/8 to 27 NPT

ATF-102: Universal, BMW, Honda, and Nissan

ATF-103: Volkswagen and Audi

ATF-104: Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche

ATF-105: Volkswagen, Audi, and Mini, M10 x 1.0

ATF-106: Volkswagen and Audi DSG, M24 x 1.5

ATF-107: Volkswagen and Audi CVT, M22 x 1.5

ATF-108: Mercedes, M12 x 1.5

Specs

Capacity: 7.5 liters

Total hose reach with adapter fitted: 62 inches

Viscosity range: Up to SAE 140

Operation: Manual hand pump, no compressed air or electrical supply needed

Suitable for transmission fluid and gear oil

Not suitable for gasoline, diesel, or other fuels

How to Use

Fill the reservoir with the correct fluid for the transmission you are servicing.

Install the correct adapter in the transmission fill port and connect the hose.

Open the valve, push open the flow control valve, and start pumping.

When the handle gets hard to pump, push close the flow control valve and finish filling slowly.

When you are done, close the valve.

Remove the adapter from the transmission, hold the hose above the tank, and open the valve to let the fluid left in the hose drain back into the reservoir.

See the DSG Fluid Pump in Action

DIY DSG Service - DAP Video

MK7.5 DSG Service - Humble Mechanic Video

Why DAP?

We use this DSG fluid pump in our own videos. The videos above feature our cars, our bays, and our people.

Fills and extracts. Suitable for gear oil as well as transmission fluid.

Volkswagen and Audi are all we work on. The tools we stock are selected to fit these cars.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0748/4017/8862/files/wkz-vas572001_f6df5e25-3861-4a8e-bd38-d3219238ab59.jpg?v=1790056353
