Wavetrac Differential for 02E DSG Transmission - 2WD [25T RING] | MK6/MK7 GTI & A3/TT 2.0T

Getting more power out of your car is great, but without getting all the power to the ground all the power is useless.  Adding a limited slip differential will make sure both of your wheels are planting the power to the pavement.  Since most VW's come with an open differential from the factory (except Performance Pack GTI) you wont have both wheels driving you forward.  Installing this wavetrac limited slip differential will make sure your car gets maximum traction possible.

VW | Audi DSG Trans Differential Features
• Innovative:
Patented Wavetrac® design automatically improves grip in low traction conditions. This feature is truly innovative and unlike any other torque biasing diff design.
• Superior Materials:
9310 steel gears run in case-hardened billet or forged steel bodies. ARP® fasteners used throughout.
• Maintenance Free:
As supplied new, the Wavetrac® differential will perform a lifetime of service without maintenance or rebuilds.
• Customizable:
If desired, you can alter the diff’s behavior to suit your needs using optional components.
• Limited LIFETIME Warranty:
All Wavetrac® differentials include a transferable, Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Important Note: This differential uses a 25 tooth ring gear.  There are 2 versions that all data we have shows their was a split around 2009 and 2010 models.  Early revisions use a 20 tooth ring gear in which case you would need a different Differential found HERE.  If you fall near this range the only way to be 100% certain you are ordering the correct one is to physically check the differential in the vehicle while the transmisison is apart.
