This Carbon Fiber Turbo Inlet for the B9 and B9.5 Audi S4 and S5 is designed to dramatically improve airflow with massive gains over stock while supporting both the stock turbocharger and hybrid turbochargers via Unitronic's clever 53mm adapter ring.

Constructed of high quality carbon fiber, this new B9 S4 Turbo Inlet and B9 S5 Turbo Inlet features a large 85mm bore and smooth transitions to draw massive amounts of non-turbulent air from the airbox. A factory style PCV connection is maintained for OEM-level fitment as well.

Unitronic Hardware Engineers carefully benchmarked the OEM Audi S4 & S5 turbo inlet versus the Unitronic Turbo Inlet in a controlled environment using our in-house Superflow SF-1020 flow bench. Our team observed massive air flow gains with the Unitronic Turbo Inlet. This drastic air flow improvement allows the turbocharger to work more efficiently and achieve target boost with less stress resulting in improved reliability.

At Unitronic, hardware evolution begins with rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house Stratasys 3D printer. Within hours, Unitronic Engineers are able to have a complete working printed prototype, allowing for test fitments to be performed on the vehicle, functional testing to be completed and flow data collected to further validate the designs.

The Unitronic Carbon Fiber Turbo Inlet for 3.0TFSI EA839 equipped vehicles installs simply with all necessary hardware included. Total installation time can take approximately one to two hours including the removal of the factory turbo inlet.
