The MK8 Golf R uses a torque vectoring rear differental.  The Left and right side of this differential have clutch packs which have fluid in them.  This fluid requires servicing every 2 years or 20k miles.  This kit has the drain plugs and fluid required to service both left and right clutch packs on your MK8 R.  The center of your differential also uses this gear oil which is lifetime fluid as per VW/Audi.
