Designed to support ethanol blends, larger turbochargers, and IE's TrueFlex ECU tunes, this upgrade ensures increased fuel flow and reliability. By enlarging the piston and bore within the factory pump housing, it delivers more fuel to meet the demands of high-performance applications.

Upgrading to IE's HPFP increases the flow rate by up to 38.58% over stock, providing additional tuning headroom for safely increasing power.

Each piston and cylinder is CNC machined to exacting specifications and assembled as a matched set. Tolerances are hand-verified to within 0.00005 inches. Every unit undergoes rigorous testing on IE's in-house fuel pump dyno to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Not compatible with Bosch pumps found on MK7/8V 1.8T engines and early MK6 GLI Gen 3 (non-MQB) platforms.

  • For Audi B9 A4, A5, and Q5 2.0T (MLB) engines, a conversion to MK7/8V 2.0T (MQB) components is required.

Note: For optimal performance, pairing this upgrade with IE's TrueFlex Sensor Kit and appropriate ECU tuning is recommended.

Brothers Peter and David Blais founded Integrated Engineering in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2007, and the company builds performance hardware specifically for Volkswagen and Audi platforms. The catalog spans forged connecting rods, camshafts, valve train parts, intake manifolds, intercoolers, charge pipes and ECU software. IE parts are common in 1.8T, 2.0T TSI and 2.5L five cylinder builds.
