Throttle body pipe or boost pipe this part run from the Throttle body on the intake manifold to the outlet hose coming from the intercooler.  This boost pipe is originally found on Tiguan models, but is often installed on GTI's and other 2.0T engines.  This is installed on GTI's to delete the noise pipe which comes off the factory boost pipe to the throttle body.  You can find out more info about the Noise Pipe Delete HERE
