Cylinder head gasket designed to seal the mating surface between the engine block and cylinder head. This gasket helps maintain compression while keeping engine oil and coolant separated within their respective passages.

A failing head gasket can lead to coolant consumption, oil contamination, overheating, misfires, or loss of compression. Replacing a compromised gasket is critical to restoring proper sealing and protecting the engine from further damage.

  • Function: Seals the cylinder head to the engine block
  • Helps maintain compression in each cylinder
  • Keeps coolant and oil passages separated
  • Direct-fit replacement for a worn or damaged head gasket

Note: Fitment depends on engine code and configuration. Always confirm compatibility by VIN and engine details before ordering.

Installation Notes:

  • Machined surfaces should be clean and checked for warpage
  • Always use new head bolts if specified by the repair manual
  • Follow the correct torque sequence and specifications
  • Bleed the cooling system and verify no leaks after installation

Recommended during major engine repair, overheating correction, or when diagnosing coolant loss and compression issues traced to the head gasket.
