This brake booster hose attaches to the brake booster itself and is 1 of 2 hoses in the Vacuum hoses for the brake booster.  The other hose that goes between the engine and this hose is 1K0-612-041-CH.  This only applies to the B6 Passat with an FSI engine in it.
