This intake camshaft included the variable valve timing cam adjuster at the end of the camshaft. This adjuster is not purchaseable on its own, and you would need to replace the whole camshaft if you had a bad adjuster.
*If you have the old camshaft in your car you will need to replace the Timing Control Valve linked above. You valve is different and will not swap over to this camshaft.
