This DSG Fluid Pump from DAP (Deutsche Auto Parts) makes filling Volkswagen and Audi DSG transmissions a lot easier than using a gravity-fed setup. Instead of hanging bottles and waiting for the fluid to work its way in, the pump pushes it directly through the transmission fill port.

It can also be used to pull fluid back out. Since it is rated for both transmission fluid and gear oil, you can use it for differential service too.

Eight fill adapters are included, covering a range of Volkswagen and Audi DSG, CVT, and automatic transmissions. There are also fittings for some Porsche, Mini, and Mercedes applications, so the pump can be used for more than just a Volkswagen and Audi DSG service.

How to Use

  1. Fill the reservoir with the correct fluid for the transmission you are servicing.
  2. Install the correct adapter in the transmission fill port and connect the hose.
  3. Open the valve, push open the flow control valve, and start pumping.
  4. When the handle gets hard to pump, push close the flow control valve and finish filling slowly.
  5. When you are done, close the valve.
  6. Remove the adapter from the transmission, hold the hose above the tank, and open the valve to let the fluid left in the hose drain back into the reservoir.
