NEUSPEED's Front Mount Intercooler kit for the VW MkV 2.0T requires absolutely no drilling, cutting or trimming of the metal bumper structure or bumper cover making it the only true bolt-on kit available. The kit includes: Intercooler with rubber isloator mounting, CNC mandrel bent aluminum piping finished in a wrinkle powder coat finish, constant tension hose clamps, silicone hose couplers and all necessary mounting hardware. The intercooler core is a highly efficient bar and plate design that utilizes flow tested cast aluminum end tanks.
